Esteban Picado Arce grew up in Costa Rica, and moved to Whidbey Island with his wife in 2015.

He has worked in construction for 15 years starting in Costa Rica, working in concrete and structural construction. He spent time in the East Coast learning roofing and siding, and then for the last 7 years has learned the technique of pole building here on Whidbey. Esteban's Construction LLC opened in 2022. He is licensed, bonded and insured. License No. ESTEBLC791L9.

He lives in Oak Harbor with his wife and new baby.
